Our nationally and locally accredited trainers and coaches optimize each session to your individual goals and needs. We go beyond standard approaches to use cutting-edge science, the latest research, and proven methods to elevate you. No commitments. Pay as you go!

PERSONAL TRAINING

1-on-1 training

$100 per session

Your trainer will take you through a structured hour-long workout, including a warm-up and cool-down. Based on your fitness level and experience, trainers will instruct clients on movements during, and schedule the rest of your week’s workouts. The training extends past the hour!

Duo training

$75 per-person, per session

Similar to individual training sessions, trainers will bring clients through an hour-long workout. This option is for those who have a friend, significant other, or family member they would have fun with (or need the push from) in working out! We can adjust to all varying fitness levels.

10 session bundle

To continue to work with one of our elite trainers you like, on our pay-as-you-go basis, purchase a 10-session package with no deadline or expiration on when you use them! Recommended for anyone wanting to build and sustain further fitness goals through continuing to work with our staff.

SMALL-GROUP TRAINING

Small Group Train (3-4)

$50 per person per session

Enjoy a personal training-style session with two of your peers, friends, or colleagues when you schedule an hour-long trio class. Trainers will take you through a customized workout based on what you ask for, and coach as you go

Clinics (4+)

Pricing by Clinic

Either by signup (if you’re party is large enough) as a group, or signup for our small group classes, enjoy the tempo, fun and engagement of group training while receiving more personal feedback from trainers than large class settings

  • Circuits: Partner up!

    Everything’s better with a buddy! This fast-paced, dynamic workout consists of movements that allow one partner to perform strength exercises while the other is doing cardio, and vice-versa. From Emily Knowles: the group fitness guru!

  • 30 Minute Body Blast

    Gear up for a quick-hitting circuit to work your entire system! This workout consists of trios of exercises paired to work complementary muscles. Movements anyone can do, self-directed with little equipment, developed by lead personal trainer,Zack Taylor
